Windstorm/Hurricane inspection looks for construction features that have been shown to reduce losses in a hurricane, such as: Hip roof, Roof to wall attachment, Nailing size and pattern, FBC/or MDC Approval impact windows and doors, FBC/or MDC Approval Shutters.

Thermal imaging
Infrared thermal imaging is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to look behind the walls or building that can’t be revealed using standard conventional inspection methods.
Roof certification
The inspector will review the overall condition of the roof according to the deterioration and the warranty of the materials. The home inspector will provide a report with images certifying the roof in relation to its remaining life expectancy.
