Leo and Luz are a great team. Communication is always their top priority along with customer service. Pricing is very competitive for 4-point, wind mitigation, and full home inspection. Leo’s inspections are very thorough, and he provides guidance on issues you may run into as well as the things that do not have issues, which not only helps you with your home insurance but future repairs you may run into.
