I have used Leo for my own home inspection and have referred him to friends, family and clients for years. He does an amazing job, takes great photos, knows what insurance companies are looking for, and it's very professional. Highly recommended!

Luz and Leo with Sun Florida Home Inspection were an absolute pleasure to work with. Leo was extremely thorough during the inspection, documenting every detail with photos and a comprehensive report. What impressed us most was his willingness to get on the phone afterward, answer our questions, and provide additional insights that gave us peace of mind moving forward. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication made the entire process easy. I highly recommend Luz and Leo to anyone needing a home inspection.

Besides Leonardo’s professionalism and punctuality, the best thing I can say about SunFlorida Inspections is that the 4-point Inspection requested by the insurance company was performed the very next day.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
Thank you Leonardo for your excellent service and for making this process so easy.

Leo and Luz are a great team. Communication is always their top priority along with customer service.
Pricing is very competitive for 4-point, wind mitigation, and full home inspection.
Leo’s inspections are very thorough, and he provides guidance on issues you may run into as well as the things that do not have issues, which not only helps you with your home insurance but future repairs you may run into. I highly recommend Leo and Luz for any and all home inspections, and it has been a pleasure to work with them for the past 5 years as our preferred inspector!
